Our beans spend two months in a used whiskey barrel before roasting to absorb all the unique flavors.
No industrial roasting here. Our small batch process continues to our roasting facility where every batch gets the attention it deserves.
WHY A WHISKEY BARREL?
The earliest whiskeys date back over 1,000 years. With centuries of craftsmanship refining the distilling and aging process the flavors in whiskey bring an amazing range of aromas. Our Whiskey Tango Foxtrot coffee brings those trapped aromas and flavors out of the wood grain and transports them into our craft roasted coffee beans. WE have been able to bring this to life with the help from our friends at Alpine Distillery in Park City, UT.
